At Angela Tears, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund process under the following conditions:
Refund Eligibility
- Timeframe: Refunds are available within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we are unable to offer you a refund.
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached. We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Non-Refundable Items: Some items are not eligible for refunds, including:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been personalized or custom-made
- Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide your order number or receipt as proof of purchase to process the refund.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact Us: Please contact our customer support team at support@angelatears.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, item(s) you want to return, and reason for the return.
- Return Instructions: Once your return request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to return the item. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
Processing the Refund
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our refund criteria, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please follow the same process as a return. Once we receive the returned item, we can either issue a refund or help you select a new item, depending on your preference and stock availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@angelatears.com. We will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement depending on your preference.
